Roles and Responsibilities :
- Source top talent for lateral hiring positions through various channels such as job boards, social media, employee referrals, and internal databases.
- Conduct initial screenings of resumes and cover letters to identify potential candidates who meet the requirements for the role.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their needs and develop effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.
- Manage the entire end-to-end recruitment process from posting job openings to making offers.

Job Requirements :
- 5-8 years of experience in technical and non-technical recruitment or talent sourcing.
- Proven track record of success in lateral hiring or similar roles within the business operations roles.
- Solid understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes including job posting creation, candidate sourcing, interview coordination, and offer management.
