We are seeking an experienced Senior Civil Engineer to lead our engineering team and manage complex construction projects from planning through completion. You will design structures, manage budgets, ensure safety codes are met, and mentor junior engineers. The ideal candidate has strong leadership skills, extensive site experience, and a deep understanding of structural and environmental guideline.

Key Responsibilities
- Project Leadership: Oversee construction operations, timelines, and daily site work.
- Design & Planning: Use engineering software like AutoCAD to create and review detailed blueprints.
- Budget Management: Estimate project costs, buy materials, and keep operations within budget limits.
- Site Inspections: Conduct regular feasibility and quality checks to identify safety risks.
- Team Supervision: Train and guide junior engineers,



sub-contractors, and construction crews.

Qualifications and Skills
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or a closely related field.
- Experience: 5 to 10+ years of proven experience in civil engineering or construction site management.
- Software Skills: Proficient with computer-aided design tools like AutoCAD, HydroCAD, or MATLAB.
- Technical Knowledge: Robust understanding of concrete work (RCC), masonry, and structural design.
- Soft Skills: Excellent team management, quick problem-solving, and clear communication abilities.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
