The Role

Position: B2B Lead Generation Specialist / Business Development Researcher

Experience: 1–3 years Type: Full time / Part-time / Contract

Target markets: Australia, UK, US and other international markets

What You'll Do

• Research and identify potential B2B clients that could benefit from our UX/UI, AI, product design and technology services.

• Build targeted prospect lists using LinkedIn, Apollo, Google, company databases and other lead-generation tools.

• Identify decision-makers such as Founders, CEOs, CTOs, Product Heads, Heads of Design, Digital

Transformation and AI leaders.

• Go beyond finding contact details. Research each company to understand its business, products, digital presence and potential challenges.

• Identify potential UX, UI, product design,



AI and digital transformation opportunities within target companies.

• Recognise companies with a genuine need or potential opportunity for our services rather than simply adding companies to a database.

• Qualify prospects based on company size, industry, location, decision-maker, business needs and project fit.

• Support personalised LinkedIn and email outreach campaigns.

• Maintain accurate prospect information and track outreach, responses, meetings and conversions.

• Continuously research new industries, companies and market segments where TBP Codot can create value.
