- Develop and implement effective strategies to increase sales performance and customer acquisition.
- Conduct regular training sessions for the team on digital sales platforms and product knowledge.

Job Requirements :
- 1-5 years of experience in field sales or related industry (auto finance).
- Strong understanding of auto loans, personal loans, group sales, and used car loans products.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets in a rapid-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills with ability to lead a team effectively.
