About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Relationship Manager Broking to join our Broking Business. The ideal candidate will be responsible for acquiring new clients, managing existing client relationships, generating brokerage revenue, and driving business growth through equity and investment products.

The candidate should have a solid understanding of equity markets, stock broking and financial products, along with proven sales and client relationship management experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Acquire and onboard current clients for the broking business.
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients.
- Generate revenue through broking, equity and investment products.
- Drive client trading activity and increase wallet share.
- Identify and execute cross-sell and up-sell opportunities across relevant financial products.
- Achieve assigned sales, business and revenue targets.
- Understand client investment requirements and provide appropriate product information.




- Maintain regular engagement with clients and ensure a high level of customer service.
- Build a strong client network and generate business through referrals and market outreach.
- Monitor market developments and stay updated on equity markets and financial products.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, regulatory requirements and internal processes.

Candidate Profile
- 4-8 years of overall experience in Broking, Capital Markets, Wealth Management, BFSI or Financial Services.
- Mandatory: Minimum 3 years of continuous experience with the current organization.
- Prior experience in stock broking/equity/financial products sales will be strongly preferred.
- Proven track record in client acquisition, business development and revenue generation.
- Good understanding of equity markets, stock trading and investment products.
- Strong relationship management and customer engagement skills.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills
