The intern will work closely with the business team/Brand AI Pod across business operations, AI-led data capture, process documentation, and workflow automation.

Key Responsibilities

1. Business Operations & Administration
- Capture and organize photographs of private-brand products.
- Use AI tools to generate and structure product and content information.
- Capture and organize packaging and ingredient details.
- Build and maintain a centralized Packaging & Ingredient Library.
- Support other operational/admin activities as required.

2. Business Process & Workflow Automation
- Understand and document existing business processes and workflows related to brands.
- Identify repetitive/manual activities and opportunities for standardization and automation.
- Define structured as-is and to-be workflows in collaboration with relevant stakeholders.
- Explore opportunities to leverage AI and automation to improve process efficiency.





Ideal Candidate

An undergraduate student who is:
- Detail-oriented and organized.
- Curious about business processes and operations.
- Comfortable using AI tools and technology.
- Solid in documentation and problem-solving.
- Comfortable with Excel/Google Sheets and basic productivity tools.
- Prior exposure to AI, automation, or process mapping would be an advantage.

Expected Outcomes

The key outcomes of the internship would be:

1. A structured Packaging & Ingredient Library for private-brand products.
2. Improved efficiency of product information capture using AI.
3. Documentation of key brand-related business workflows.
