In this role, you will:
- Supervise entry to mid-level individuals in lower complexity, transactional tasks and provide portfolio management and underwriting support
- Engage coverage officers and relationship managers which may often lead the credit approval process through Wholesale Credit Risk and mid-level management
- Identify patterns or trends for overall industry or macroeconomics and how those may impact the overall portfolio
- Make day to day supervisory and tactical decisions and resolve issues related to team supervision, work allocation and daily operations for credit of Corporate and Investment Banking Portfolio Management, to meet business objectives
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and risk control development in Corporate and Investment Banking Portfolio Management
- Collaborate and consult with peers, coverage officers, relationship managers, and mid-level managers to provide support to the entire industry team




- Manage allocation of people and financial resources for Corporate and Investment Banking Portfolio Management; and be responsible for the selection, evaluation, and development of staff

Required Qualifications:
- 2+ years of Corporate and Investment Banking Portfolio Management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- 1+ years of leadership experience

Desired Qualifications:
- MBA, CA, CFA or master's in finance from a premier education institute
- 2+ years’ experience in Corporate Banking, Credit research or Debt advisory
- 1+ years' experience in handling teams of 5-10 TMs
- Experience in covering in FIG sector focusing on any of the following sub-sectors (Banks, Insurance, Specialty Finance, Real Estate)
- Robust inclination towards building a career in Corporate Banking, Corporate Finance, Investment Banking or Capital Markets
- Good understanding of Credit metrics, Co
