Job Summary

As an Account Management Intern, you will work closely with our Key Account Managers to support client retention, engagement, and growth. This is a high-ownership, learn-by-doing role you will be involved in real client conversations and meaningful projects from day one.

Strong performers will be considered for a Pre-Placement Offer (PPO) at the end of the 6-month engagement.
What You'll Do
- Assist Key Account Managers in managing and retaining Nova existing client accounts
- Help prepare executive-level reports including weekly, monthly, and quarterly status updates
- Support client business reviews coordinating logistics, preparing decks, and tracking action items
- Research and identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities within the existing client portfolio
- Maintain and update CRM data to ensure accurate tracking of account health
- Assist in onboarding new clients and coordinating with internal teams for smooth handoffs
- Gather and relay client feedback to product and operations teams
Who We're Looking For




- Graduates who have completed their education (any discipline; business, commerce, or related fields preferred)
- Available for a full 6-month commitment starting immediately
- Strong communication skills written and verbal
- High ownership mindset you follow through on what you commit to
- Comfortable working with numbers and spreadsheets
- Curious about health insurance, employee advantages, or HR tech
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
