Roles and Responsibilities :
- Lead the development of data engineering solutions using Python, AWS, and Unix.
- Manage a team of engineers to design, develop, test, and deploy large-scale data pipelines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Ensure high-quality delivery of projects by setting standards for code reviews, testing, and documentation.
Job Requirements :
- 15-23 years of experience in Data Engineering or related field.
- Solid understanding of Python programming language and its applications in big data processing.
- Experience with cloud-based technologies such as AWS for building scalable infrastructure.
- Excellent people management skills with ability to lead a team effectively.
