- Collaborate with product, engineering, and business stakeholders to understand technical concepts and convert them into engaging, reader-friendly content.
- Create content that reflects industry expertise while maintaining clarity, credibility, and brand voice.




- Edit and refine existing content by improving structure, readability, grammar, tone, and accuracy.
- Conduct in-depth research on industry trends, emerging technologies, competitors, and customer pain points.
- Optimize content for SEO, semantic search, AI answer engines, and Large Language Models (LLMs) to maximize discoverability.
- Develop content aligned with user intent, keyword strategy, and organic growth objectives.
- Ensure all content is factually accurate, well-researched, and aligned with brand guidelines.
- Work closely with the digital marketing team to support content marketing campaigns and lead-generation initiatives.
- Monitor content performance and continuously improve content strategy based on analytics and user insights.
