SAP C4C Consultant (Senior)
Experience: 8-10 Years
Location: Mumbai / Kolkata (Preferred)

Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced SAP C4C Consultant with strong expertise in Sales & Service processes. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in SAP Cloud for Customer (C4C) along with a solid background in SAP SD, enabling seamless integration and business process optimization.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end implementation and support of SAP C4C solutions
- Configure and customize SAP C4C (Sales & Service modules) based on business requirements
- Integrate SAP C4C with SAP ECC/S4HANA, especially SD module
- Work closely with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into functional specifications
- Provide expertise in pricing, sales cycle, service processes, and customer engagement scenarios
- Handle data migration, system testing (UAT),



and deployment activities
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues with minimal downtime
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless delivery

Required Skills:
- 810 years of overall SAP experience with strong exposure to SAP SD
- Minimum 3–5 years of hands-on experience in SAP C4C (Sales & Service)
- Strong understanding of end-to-end Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes
- Experience in C4C integration with SAP backend (ECC/S4HANA) using middleware (CPI/PI/PO)
- Knowledge of C4C SDK, ABSL scripting, and UI adaptations
- Strong client-facing and communication skill

Good to Have:
- Experience in SAP S/4HANA workplace
- Exposure to SAP CPI integrations
- Prior experience in client-facing consulting roles
