The Role

Good-Bee IMS is looking for a
Copywriter with 5-7 years of experience
who can turn a brief into an idea, and an idea into communication people remember.

We work across integrated marketing, branding, digital, experiential, events, retail, social and corporate communication. That means no two briefs look the same and we like it that way.

We're looking for someone who can move comfortably between a campaign thought, a killer headline, a film script, a pitch deck and a social post while knowing that every piece of communication needs a bigger idea behind it.

You won't just be writing copy. You'll be shaping ideas.

What You’ll Do

Think
- Turn business and creative briefs into strong concepts, campaign ideas and communication platforms.
- Find the engaging thought hiding inside an ordinary brief.
- Develop campaign territories, taglines, headlines, hooks and narratives.
- Bring cultural, consumer and category insights into the work.
- Challenge the obvious and push for better creative solutions.

Write

Write across formats, platforms and audiences including:




- Campaigns & advertising
- Brand communication
- Social & digital
- Websites & landing pages
- Video, AV & film scripts
- Reels & short-form content
- Event & experiential communication
- Pitch decks & presentations
- Emailers & newsletters
- Brochures & marketing collateral
- Corporate & internal communication

You should be equally comfortable writing one powerful line or building an entire brand narrative.

Collaborate
- Work closely with designers, art directors, strategists, account teams, digital teams and production partners.
- Know how to make copy and design work as one idea, rather than two separate pieces.
- Give creative direction where needed and articulate the thinking behind the work.
- Take ownership of projects from brief to final execution.

Present
- Present and explain creative ideas with confidence.
- Participate in client discussions and creative reviews.
