- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent professional experience.
- 5+ years of relevant experience in Azure infrastructure, DevOps, cloud platform engineering, or SRE roles in enterprise environments.
- Proven experience in building, maintaining, and supporting Azure environments.
- Strong hands-on experience with Terraform and automation tooling.
- Strong experience with scripting languages including Python, PowerShell, and Bash.
- Experience with configuration management and automation frameworks such as Ansible.
- Experience supporting or working closely with database and OS technologies including MSSQL, PostgreSQL, Elasticsearch, Linux, and Windows.
- Experience in platform security, audit support, compliance remediation, and cloud governance.
- Experience with incident management, problem management, alert management, and production support in business-critical environments.




- Experience resolving incidents and service requests within agreed SLAs is required.
- Experience working in on-call support models for critical services is required.
- Demonstrated ability to provide senior technical guidance and support to less experienced engineers is an advantage.
- Experience working with internal and/or external service partners is an advantage.
- Knowledge of Azure DevOps tooling, CI/CD pipelines, and release processes is required.
- Relevant Microsoft Azure certifications are strongly preferred, in particular Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate and/or Microsoft Certified: DevOps Engineer Expert.
- Experience in financial services or similarly regulated industries is an advantage.
