Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior Recruiter – IT Staffing to drive end-to-end hiring for IT roles across contract and full-time positions. The role requires robust expertise in sourcing, stakeholder management, and closure-driven recruitment in a fast-paced staffing environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for IT roles (C2H)
- Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through job portals, social platforms, and referrals
- Partner with hiring managers to understand requirements and deliver quality candidates
- Drive offer closures and ensure high offer-to-join conversion ratios
- Handle multiple requirements simultaneously with quick turnaround time
- Maintain accurate data in ATS and ensure process compliance
- Mentor junior recruiters and support team delivery where required





Mandatory Skills
- 5–8 years of experience in IT staffing / recruitment
- Strong experience in contract / C2H hiring (Domestic)
- Proven track record of closures and meeting hiring targets
- Hands-on experience with job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Good understanding of IT skills and technologies
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Good to Have
- Experience working with MSP / VMS models
- Exposure to ATS tools (e.g., Ceipal)
- Ability to handle client-facing roles
