We are looking for a qualified with strong experience in finance data migration and accounting system transitions. The candidate will be responsible for supporting and managing data migration activities across accounting platforms, with hands-on experience in QuickBooks and Sage.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end financial data migration from legacy accounting systems to new platforms.
- Extract, validate, cleanse and transform accounting data for migration.
- Perform data mapping, reconciliation and validation to ensure data accuracy and completeness.
- Work on migration of General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Trial Balance, customer/vendor master and transactional data.
- Handle data migration activities involving QuickBooks and Sage.
- Identify and resolve data discrepancies, mapping issues and migration errors.
- Perform pre- and post-migration reconciliation and ensure completeness of migrated data.
- Coordinate with Finance, Accounting and Technology teams during migration projects.
- Prepare migration trackers,



reconciliation reports and documentation.
- Support testing, UAT and go-live activities for accounting system implementations.
- Ensure adherence to data quality, control and documentation standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- 3 to 8 years of relevant experience in Finance Data Migration / Accounting System Migration.
- Hands-on experience with QuickBooks and Sage is mandatory.
- Strong understanding of accounting and financial data.
- Experience in data extraction, transformation, mapping, validation and reconciliation.
- Good knowledge of GL, AP, AR, Trial Balance and Chart of Accounts.
- Experience in handling large volumes of financial data.
- Strong Excel skills including VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables and data reconciliation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
