We’re Hiring | Production Supervisor – Dry Fruits Manufacturing

We are looking for an experienced **Production Supervisor** to join our manufacturing team in the **Dry Fruits/Food Processing Industry**.

Key Responsibilities:

* Supervise daily production activities and ensure smooth production operations.

* Monitor production targets, manpower, machines, and material availability.

* Ensure adherence to quality, hygiene, food safety, and workplace safety standards.

* Manage and guide production workers effectively.

* Monitor production processes and minimize wastage and downtime.

* Maintain production records and prepare daily production reports.

* Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, Stores, and other departments.





* Ensure proper implementation of SOPs and company policies.

Requirements:

* Experience in dry fruits, food processing, FMCG, or similar manufacturing industry preferred.

* Positive knowledge of production processes and manpower handling.

* Strong supervisory and communication skills.

* Ability to work in shifts and manage shop-floor operations.

Experience: 2–5 Years
