Role & Responsibilities
- Monitor daily SOP compliance and retail operational activities.
- Track staff attendance, grooming, uniforms, and punctuality.
- Verify global stock counting and stock refilling activities.
- Prepare and share Target vs Achievement, PVT, ATV, SBQ, and Ranking Reports.
- Monitor Google Reviews, customer data, and birthday call tracking.
- Coordinate with stores, security agencies, and brand vendors.
- Manage uniforms, ID cards, gate passes, alteration tags, and welcome kits.
- Maintain IST tracking and operational Google Sheets.
- Conduct staff interviews and support onboarding activities.
- Train new Store Managers on

- Guide store staff on application usage and operational processes.
- Attend meetings and ensure smooth coordination between Head Office and stores.

Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in Retail Operations, Store Operations, or Administration.
- Robust knowledge of
MS Excel & Google Sheets
.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple stores and operational reports.
- Strong follow-up, problem-solving, and team coordination skills.
