About the Role

Aarohan Institute is seeking a dedicated, knowledgeable and result-oriented Zoology Faculty to join our academic team. The candidate will be responsible for teaching NEET-UG and Class 10th, 11th & 12th students, developing conceptual understanding and helping students achieve excellent academic and competitive examination results.

Role & responsibilities
- Deliver engaging and concept-oriented Zoology lectures for NEET and Board-level students.
- Explain complex biological concepts in a simple and effective manner.
- Cover the complete NCERT-based syllabus within the scheduled academic timeline.
- Prepare and conduct regular class tests, topic-wise tests, unit tests and mock examinations.
- Develop high-quality NEET-level MCQs, assignments, worksheets and practice questions.
- Conduct regular doubt-solving and revision sessions.
- Analyze students' performance and provide individual academic guidance.
- Identify students' strengths and weaknesses and suggest improvement strategies.
- Stay updated with the latest NEET-UG syllabus, exam pattern and question trends.




- Coordinate with the academic team for lesson planning, test schedules and student performance tracking.
- Maintain a positive, disciplined and motivating classroom workplace.
- Mentor students and motivate them towards achieving their academic and career goals.

Preferred candidate profile
- M.Sc. in Zoology / Biology or relevant qualification from a recognized institution.
- Strong command over Zoology, NCERT and NEET-oriented concepts.
- Minimum 15 years of teaching experience in a reputed coaching institute/school is preferred.
- Candidates with proven NEET teaching experience will be given preference.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to explain concepts using practical examples and effective teaching methodologies.
- Good classroom management and student-handling skills.
