- Prepare tandoori dishes, kebabs, naan, and other tandoor items as per standard recipes.
- Ensure proper taste, quality, presentation, and portion control.
- Operate and maintain the tandoor safely and efficiently.
- Prepare and marinate ingredients required for tandoor items.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the tandoor and work area.
- Follow food safety and kitchen standards.
- Minimize food wastage and maintain proper storage of ingredients.
- Coordinate with the kitchen team during service.
- Perform other duties assigned by the Chef/HOD.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
