Commis Chef – Tossin Pizza

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare ingredients as per Tossin Pizza recipes and standards.
- Assist in pizza preparation, toppings, sauces, and other menu items.
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness standards.
- Maintain proper food storage and FIFO practices.
- Support the Chef/Kitchen Manager during operations.
- Ensure consistency in taste, quality, and portion control.
- Maintain kitchen equipment and workstations.
- Follow the daily prep and production plan.

Requirements:
- 0–2 years of experience in QSR, restaurant, hotel, or bakery kitchen.
- Freshers with relevant culinary/hospitality education can also be considered.
- Basic knowledge of food hygiene and kitchen operations.
- Ability to work in shifts and a fast-paced environment.
- Good teamwork and discipline.
