Role Overview

We are looking for an enthusiastic and organised Event Coordinator Intern to assist in the planning, coordination, implementation, and on-ground execution of The Great Inflate Run.

The intern will get hands-on exposure to the complete event lifecycle, including backend coordination, vendor and volunteer management, event preparation, and event-day execution.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist the team in planning and preparing event activities, timelines, and requirements.
- Support event coordination, including maintaining checklists, trackers, documents, and event-related data.
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, venue teams, and other stakeholders under the guidance of the event team.
- Assist in arranging event materials, branding, equipment, logistics, and other requirements.
- Support recruitment, coordination, and allocation of event volunteers and manpower.
- Follow up on assigned tasks and ensure requirements are completed within timelines.
- Assist with on-ground event setup and execution, including registration, participant coordination, activity zones,



branding, and logistics.
- Help monitor event activities and report any issues to the event team.
- Assist with event dismantling, material collection, vendor follow-ups, and post-event documentation.
- Take up additional responsibilities as required for smooth event execution.

Skills Required
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Robust organisational and follow-up abilities.
- Proactive and willing to learn.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, on-ground environment.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.
- Ability to work as part of a team and handle multiple tasks.
- Willingness to work on weekends, extended hours, and travel to event locations when required.
