Job Overview
We need a Content Manager to lead our content strategy, create engaging materials, and ensure our messaging aligns with Careerflow.ai’s brand. The ideal candidate has experience in content marketing, storytelling, and audience engagement.

Responsibilities
● Develop and execute a content strategy across multiple platforms (blog, website, email, social media, etc.).
● Manage the content calendar, ensuring consistent and timely delivery of high-quality content.
● Research and create compelling content, including blogs, guides, case studies, newsletters, and social media posts.
● Optimize content for SEO, engagement, and conversion to increase traffic and audience retention.
● Collaborate with marketing, product, and design teams, as well as the engineering team for analytics, data insights, and product understanding.
● Analyze content performance and adjust strategies based on KPIs, trends, and audience insights.
● Oversee and manage a team of freelancers in a hybrid setup, ensuring alignment with project goals.




● Work within US time zones to ensure smooth collaboration with the team and external partners.
● Handle multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring quality and timely execution.
● Develop and manage creative content for website, Meta ads, TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and other digital platforms.
● Stay up to date with industry trends, AI advancements, and job market changes. Requirements
● 3-5 years of experience in content marketing, content management, or related roles.
● Strong understanding of SEO, digital marketing, and audience engagement strategies.
● Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
● Experience managing content calendars, using CMS platforms, and analytics tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.).
● Ability to translate complex topics into engaging, accessible content.
● Experience in AI, job search, HR tech, or career coaching industries is a plus.
● Robust project management skills with the ability to handle
