We re looking for an HR Executive to join our HR team and work closely with the HR function across Recruitment and HR Operations. This is a hands-on role where you ll get exposure to different aspects of HR and have the prospect to learn, take ownership, and grow with the organisation.

Job Role & Responsiblities -
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, social media and other channels.
- Screen CVs and shortlist candidates based on role requirements.
- Conduct initial telephonic screening rounds.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and ensure hiring data is updated.
- Coordinate offers, joining formalities and pre-joining follow-ups.
