Job Description:
- Candidates must have at least 5 years of experience in leading F& A transformation across R2R, P2P, O2C, FP&A;, and compliance.
- Candidates should have experience in automation, intelligent workflows, generative AI, and Agentic AI to enable autonomous finance processes.
- Candidates should have Robust experience in F&A; consulting, transformation, Operational Excellence/Process Excellence area or shared services digital operations.
- Candidates should have strong experience in Strong experience in driving Continuous Improvement projects/Operational Excellence
- Candidate must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
