Requirements
- Minimum 0-2 years of experience in logistics or transport operations (supervisory experience preferred).
- Strong understanding of logistics operations and supply chain processes.
- Experience in managing teams, attendance, and shift-related issues.
- Valuable computer skills with proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets for reporting.
- Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and make operational decisions.
- Willingness to work night shifts regularly.
- Bachelor’s or Master degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Business preferred.
- Expertise in vehicle route planning and resource allocation.

Roles and Responsibilities
- Support supply chain operations, including vendor coordination and vehicle movement tracking.
- Prepare and maintain process documentation and operational reports.
- Optimize logistics processes, including transportation planning and driver training.




- Maintain professional communication with internal teams, drivers, vendors, and customers.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, SOPs, and operational guidelines.
- Conduct roll call and vehicle inspections.
- Provide basic safety training to drivers.
- Manage daily vehicle routes and delivery schedules.
- Coordinate proper loading and unloading of trucks.
- Maintain accurate documentation such as invoices and Proof of Delivery (POD).
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Supply Chain team to support daily operations.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 per month
