MS Project/Smartsheet, Excel/Power BI, SharePoint/Confluence,

- Generic Skills :

- Certification :
PMP / PRINCE2 Practitioner, Scrum/Protected (for hybrid delivery)

RESPONSIBILITIES/ JOB DESCRIPTION

PgMO Setup & Governance

· Establish PgMO framework: templates, stage gates, RACI, document control, versioning.

· Align project pipeline to
AOP/CAM budgets
, asset lifecycle plans, and tenant commitments.

· Define
OKRs/KPIs
and benefits realization (downtime reduction, energy savings, SLA improvements).

Planning & Delivery Control

· Build integrated master schedule; manage dependencies (shutdowns, permits, tenant windows).

· Weekly control cycle: progress review, forecast, critical path, exception management.

· Maintain RAID logs, change requests, decision registers, trigger escalations timely.

Financial & Procurement Interface

· Create/track
cost
