Role Overview:

We are looking for a highly driven and experienced US Business Development Manager to lead client acquisition and revenue growth for our US Direct Hire Staffing business.

The role will focus on identifying and acquiring new US clients, developing strategic relationships with decision-makers, generating qualified staffing requirements, and building a sustainable revenue pipeline across IT and Non-IT sectors.

The ideal candidate will have a robust understanding of the US staffing ecosystem, proven experience in Direct Hire/Perm business development, and a track record of acquiring and growing US-based client accounts.
