- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales targets, share knowledge, and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, new product launches, and market developments to provide expert guidance to customers.
Job Requirements :
- 3-12 years of experience in the gems & jewellery industry or related field.
- Strong understanding of gemstones, jewelry design principles, and current fashion trends.
- Excellent communication skills for effective client interaction and relationship-building.
