Job Summary – Sales & Marketing Manager Nostu Food Industries

Nostu Food Industries is seeking an energetic, commercially driven Sales & Marketing Manager to lead the company's domestic sales, distribution, brand promotion and market expansion activities during its Phase-I growth stage.

The Sales & Marketing Manager will be responsible for driving consistent revenue and repeat business by developing retail and distributor networks, managing the sales team, identifying new markets, planning promotional activities, supporting online sales channels, and strengthening the Nostu brand.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute monthly and quarterly sales and marketing plans.
- Set and monitor sales targets for territories, products and sales personnel.
- Recruit, train, supervise and motivate Sales Executives.
- Develop distributors, wholesalers, retailers, supermarkets and institutional customers.
- Expand Nostu's retail outlet network and market coverage.
- Drive sales through retail, distributors, exhibitions, online platforms, WhatsApp and the company website.




- Develop product-wise and territory-wise sales strategies.
- Coordinate product launches, sampling, retailer promotions and merchandising.
- Plan and monitor digital and social-media marketing activities.
- Monitor competitor pricing, products, schemes and market activities.
- Develop customer relationships and generate repeat orders.
- Coordinate with Production, Packing & Stores to ensure product availability and timely dispatch.
- Monitor sales collections and outstanding payments.
- Analyse sales data and identify high-performing products, territories and channels.
- Provide regular sales and market reports to the Business Consultant and Managing Partner.
- Support the development of current domestic and international market opportunities.
- Coordinate with the Business Consultant on export-market development and international promotional activities.
