Job Responsibilities

1. International Contract Management
- Draft, review, and vet cross-border commercial agreements, non-disclosure agreements (NDAs), master service agreements (MSAs), vendor contracts and other agreements.
- Analyse contract clauses to identify potential liabilities and ensure compliance with international trade and commercial norms.
- Maintain the corporate contract repository and track renewal or termination timelines.
2. E-Commerce Compliance Global Platform Disputes
- Conduct deep-dive research into global e-commerce policies and various laws across the UK, US, and EU.
- Draft formal representation letters, appeals, and legal submissions to resolve platform-specific commercial disputes (e.g.,



e-commerce marketplace compliance issues).
- Assess operational risks related to international shipping, supply chains, and digital platform terms of service.
3. Multi-Jurisdictional Legal Research
- Perform comprehensive legal research on statutory regulations, case laws, and compliance requirements across various international jurisdictions.
- Analyse and summarize international labour and employment laws to ensure internal frameworks match regional requirements for overseas operations.
- Prepare detailed legal briefs, research notes, and compliance checklists to assist senior management in decision-making.
4. Corporate Correspondence Advisory Support
- Assist in drafting standardized templates, internal policies, and compliance manuals for global operations.
- Coordinate with internal teams via the department s ticketing tool to track, prioritize, and close out international legal requests.
