Description: Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced RTL Design Engineer 2 with 4-6 years of experience in RTL design, logic synthesis, timing constraint development, and design quality signoff. The engineer will be responsible for delivering implementation-ready RTL, developing timing constraints, driving synthesis closure, and ensuring clean handoff to Physical Design teams. The ideal candidate should possess robust digital design fundamentals, hands-on experience with synthesis flows, constraint development, lint/CDC/RDC closure, and a solid understanding of Front-End to Back-End design methodologies.
