BloodTest.in is building an online platform that helps people discover and book blood tests and diagnostic services.

We are expanding our pathology laboratory network across India and are looking for energetic Pathology Partnership & Sales Executives who can identify diagnostic laboratories, pathology centres and collection centres, explain the BloodTest.in partnership model and onboard them onto the platform.

This is a hands-on business development role. You will be responsible for building the pathology network city by city.

What you will do

Your primary responsibility will be to establish partnerships between BloodTest.in and pathology laboratories/diagnostic centres.

Your responsibilities
- Identify pathology laboratories, diagnostic centres and collection centres in assigned cities.
- Build a database of potential pathology partners.
- Contact laboratory owners, directors, managers and business-development teams.
- Explain the BloodTest.in platform and partnership opportunity.
- Conduct phone, WhatsApp, email and in-person meetings.




- Negotiate commercial terms and partnership arrangements.
- Complete the onboarding process for new pathology partners.
- Collect required laboratory information, test lists, prices, locations and service details.
- Coordinate with the BloodTest.in operations and technology teams to get laboratories listed.
- Follow up with laboratories until onboarding is completed.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing pathology partners.
- Identify opportunities to increase bookings and test volumes for partner laboratories.
- Track leads, meetings, negotiations, onboardings and revenue using the company's CRM or reporting system.
- Provide weekly reports on city-wise business-development activity.
- Monitor competitors and identify current opportunities in the local diagnostic market.
