Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Engineer with 2–8 years of experience in sales of heavy engineering products, industrial machinery, material handling equipment, cranes, or related industrial products.

The candidate will be responsible for generating new business, developing industrial customers, conducting customer visits, handling enquiries, preparing quotations, negotiating with clients, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
- Generate recent business opportunities and industrial sales leads.
- Conduct regular visits to existing and potential industrial customers.
- Identify customer requirements and provide suitable technical solutions.
- Handle enquiries, quotations, negotiations, and order follow-ups.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with industrial clients.




- Generate enquiries through cold calling, references, networking and field visits.
- Coordinate with Design, Estimation, Production and Project teams.
- Convert enquiries into orders and achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Identify new markets, industries and potential customers.
- Maintain customer database and sales follow-up reports.
- Monitor competitor activities, pricing and market trends.
- Coordinate with Accounts for payment follow-up.
