Position: CNC Programmer
Location: Talegaon Dabhade, Pune
Experience: 2–5 Years (Orthopedic/Medical Device / tooling Industry Exp preferred)
Qualification: Diploma / BE Mechanical Engineering/ITI

Key Responsibilities
- Develop, modify, and optimize CNC programs for orthopedic implants and surgical instruments.
- Program 3-Axis, 4-Axis, and 5-Axis CNC Milling/Turning machines using CAM software.
- Interpret engineering drawings, 3D models, and GD&T; requirements.
- Select cutting tools, fixtures, and machining parameters for precision manufacturing.
- Support machine setup, prove-out, and first-piece approval activities.
- Optimize cycle time, tool life, and machining processes to improve productivity.
- Troubleshoot machining and programming issues on the shop floor.
- Prepare setup sheets, tooling lists, and process documentation.
- Coordinate with Production, Quality, and Design teams to ensure product compliance.




- Maintain CNC program backups and revision control.

Required Skills
- Proficiency in Mastercam, Powermill, NX CAM, or similar CAM software.
- Knowledge of CNC Milling, Turning, and Multi-Axis machining.
- Robust understanding of G-Code, M-Code, tooling, and machining parameters.
- Ability to read engineering drawings and GD&T.;
- Experience machining Stainless Steel, Titanium, and Cobalt-Chrome materials used in orthopedic products.
- Knowledge of ISO 13485 and medical device manufacturing practices is preferred.

Preferred Experience
- Orthopedic implants (TKR, THR, Trauma, Spine) manufacturing.
- CNC programming for precision medical components.
- Experience with Haas, Fanuc, Mazak, DMG Mori, Brother, or Makino machines.
