Job Title: Sales Coordinator – Current Construction Equipment (CEV)

Job Summary:

We are seeking an organized, detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to join our New Construction Equipment Sales division. In this role, you will be the operational backbone of our sales team, managing everything from initial customer inquiry to final vehicle delivery. You will coordinate between corporate clients (contractors, infrastructure developers, Officials), our field sales engineers, and our logistics teams to ensure seamless, on-time delivery of brand-new equipment.

Key Responsibilities
- Order & Contract Management: Process purchase orders for new machinery, ensuring configurations, optional attachments, and commercial terms are accurate.
- Quotation & Tender Support: Draft formal commercial quotes, calculate pricing based on approved pricing structures, and compile compliance documentation for corporate and government tenders.
- Logistics & Delivery Coordination:



Work closely with plant operations and specialized heavy-haul transport companies to schedule and track the delivery of oversized vehicles to client job sites.
- Inventory Monitoring: Maintain real-time tracking of new machine stock, production schedules, and transit statuses to provide accurate lead times to the sales team and clients.
- Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI) Tracking: Coordinate with the technical/service team to ensure all new machines undergo strict pre-delivery inspections and detailing before being handed over to the client.
- CRM & Reporting: Maintain up-to-date client and pipeline data in the CRM system, and generate weekly/monthly sales performance and inventory reports for management.
- Client Liaison: Act as the primary internal touchpoint for clients regarding billing milestones, payment tracking, delivery updates, and initial warranty documentation.
