We at the Being Human Clothing are looking for an experienced Head Ecommerce to lead the Company's end-to-end E-Commerce business.

Role Summary: Lead the Company's end-to-end E-Commerce business with complete ownership of revenue, profitability, customer experience, digital merchandising, marketplace management, D2C growth, omnichannel initiatives, and commercial performance. The role is accountable for building a scalable digital commerce ecosystem while maximizing contribution margins and delivering sustainable business growth.

Qualification: MBA/PGDM in Marketing, Retail, or Business Management from a reputed institution.

Additional Qualification Certifications in Digital Commerce, Analytics, E-Commerce Platforms, or Digital Transformation would be an advantage.

Total Experience: 15 to 20 years of experience in marketing, with at least 5 years in a leadership role. Experience in the retail fashion, apparel, lifestyle, or consumer brands industry is preferred.

Job Description:

Business & P&L; Ownership
- Own the complete E-Commerce P&L; across D2C and marketplaces.




- Deliver revenue, contribution margin and profitability targets.
- Develop annual business plans and growth strategies.

Marketplace Management
- Lead business across Myntra, Amazon, Flipkart, Ajio, Q.Com, TataCliq and emerging channels.
- Drive assortment planning, pricing architecture, promotions and marketplace visibility,
- profitability and sell through.
- Build strategic relationships with marketplace leadership.
- Reduce returns while improving sell-through and profitability.

D2C Business
- Own D2C website growth strategy.
- Improve customer journey, UX, merchandising and conversion.
- Drive personalization, loyalty integration and customer retention.
- Enhance checkout, fulfilment and last-mile experience.
- P&L;, 3PL and warehouse.

Commercial & Merchandising
- Drive category expansion and assortment optimization.
- Partner with Product, Design, Buying, Planning and Supply Chain for invent
