Job Requirements
- LLB (Fresher) or 1-3 years' experience in a legal firm
- Working knowledge of Security Trustee / Debenture Trustee functions preferred
- Sound understanding of company law, charge-related compliance, and security documentation
- Robust drafting, analytical, and attention-to-detail skills
- Familiarity with Companies Act, 2013 charge-related filings (CHG-1, CHG-4)
- Exposure to CERSAI, NeSL, NSE, BSE compliance processes is preferred
- Good client-relationship and communication skills.
