Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Academic Counsellor to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to engage with prospective students, understand their academic goals, and guide them in selecting and enrolling in our various coaching programs, including Judiciary. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in counselling students for these specific competitive exams and possess a genuine passion for helping students achieve academic success. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, along with the ability to build trust and maintain long-term relationships with students. The role involves providing accurate program information, assisting with the enrollment process,



and supporting students throughout their journey. A background in education or a related field is preferred, along with a proven track record of meeting counseling or enrollment targets. Key Responsibilities:
1. Student Counseling: Interact with prospective students and their families to understand their academic goals and recommend appropriate courses and coaching programs (Judiciary)
2. Admissions Guidance: Assist students in the entire enrollment process, including course selection, fee structure explanation, and program details.
3. Lead Conversion: Follow up with leads, convert inquiries into enrollments by addressing their concerns, and providing them with the right information to make informed decisions.
