Adwik Impex is the exclusive India partner of Xingfa Group's in India, serving the seafood processing industry.

As we expand our business across major seafood-processing markets in India, we are looking for 3 experienced Business Development Managers to independently drive customer acquisition, product trials, and sales growth in their respective territories.

Job Role

The Business Development Manager will be responsible for end-to-end business development and sales of Xingfa phosphate food additives within the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and prospect target seafood processing companies, shrimp processors and exporters.
- Develop current customer relationships and generate qualified business opportunities.




- Conduct customer visits and understand their processing and product requirements.
- Coordinate and conduct product trials at customer facilities.
- Follow up on trials and convert successful trials into commercial orders.
- Own the complete sales cycle from prospecting to order closure and repeat business.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with purchase, production, quality, R&D; and management teams.
- Track competitor products, pricing, market developments and customer requirements.
- Develop existing accounts and identify opportunities for increasing sales.
- Maintain regular sales reports, customer pipeline and trial status.
- Travel extensively within the assigned territory as required.

Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the seafood industry is preferred.
- Experience in seafood processing / shrimp processing / seafood exports will be highly preferred.
