Role & Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute influencer marketing and PR campaigns aligned with brand and business objectives.
- Identify, shortlist, approach, and onboard relevant influencers, creators, bloggers, media professionals, and industry partners.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers, PR agencies, journalists, media houses, and digital publications.
- Handle end-to-end influencer campaigns, including outreach, negotiation, briefing, content coordination, approvals, publishing, and reporting.
- Negotiate commercials, deliverables, timelines, usage rights, and collaboration terms with influencers and partners.
- Develop creative influencer campaign concepts, PR stories, pitches, press releases, and brand communication strategies.
- Coordinate influencer collaborations across Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, Facebook, X, and other relevant platforms.
- Manage barter, paid, affiliate, and long-term influencer collaborations based on campaign requirements.
- Track campaign performance using metrics such as reach, engagement, impressions, clicks, leads,



conversions, and ROI.
- Create and maintain an organized database of influencers, creators, journalists, publications, and media contacts.
- Identify opportunities for brand mentions, interviews, features, guest articles, awards, events, podcasts, and media coverage.
- Work closely with social media, content, design, performance marketing, and business development teams.
- Monitor influencer and social media trends, competitor activities, viral content, and relevant PR opportunities.
- Prepare regular campaign reports, performance analysis, and recommendations for improving future campaigns.

Preferred Candidate Profile:
- Proven experience in Influencer Marketing, Public Relations, Creator Partnerships, Brand Marketing, or Digital PR.
- Previous experience with a digital marketing agency, PR agency, influencer marketing agency, or brand marketing team is preferred.
