Job Summary:

As a PLC , Instrumentation and control panels Sales / Marketing Engineer, you will be responsible for driving sales of programmable logic controllers (PLCs) , Instrumentation and control panels and associated automation solutions. You will work closely with clients to understand their automation needs and provide tailored solutions that enhance their operations. This role requires a blend of technical expertise in PLCs and strong sales skills to effectively communicate the value of our products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Business Development:

Identify and develop recent business opportunities within the industrial automation sector. Manage existing client accounts, ensuring satisfaction and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling. Prepare and deliver technical presentations that explain products or services to prospective customers.

Technical Support & Solutions:

Work closely with clients to understand their automation needs and recommend appropriate PLC solutions. Provide technical support during the sales process,



including product selection, system design, and troubleshooting. Collaborate with the engineering team to develop customized solutions for complex client requirements.

Product Knowledge & Training:

Stay updated on the latest PLC technologies, products, and industry trends. Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions for clients and internal teams.

Sales Reporting & Strategy:

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and pipeline management. Provide regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback to management.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation, Mechatronics, or a related field.

Experience:

5 to 10 years of experience in sales or technical support of PLCs or industrial automation products. Proven track record in sales with
