Business Development - Full Time - Location: Mumbai
Requirements
- 2 to 3 years of experience
Responsibilities
- Search and identify relevant tenders from government and private portals.
- Handle complete tender submission processes through online and offline modes.
- Prepare, compile, and verify tender documents, technical documents, BOQs, and commercial proposals.
- Coordinate with internal departments for required documentation, approvals, and supporting details.
- Upload tender documents on various e-tender portals such as GeM, CPP Portal, and other procurement platforms.
- Ensure timely submission of tenders before deadlines.
- Maintain proper records of submitted tenders, EMDs, tender fees, agreements, and related documentation.
- Manage Digital Signature Certificates (DSC) and portal registrations/renewals.
- Review tender eligibility criteria, terms, and conditions to ensure compliance.
- Follow up on tender status, corrigenda, clarifications, and bid results.
- Maintain MIS reports and tender databases for tracking purposes.




- Coordinate for physical submission and collection of documents wherever required.
- Ensure confidentiality and accuracy of tender-related information.
Skills and Qualifications
- Valuable knowledge of online tendering and procurement processes.
- Familiarity with GeM, CPP Portal, and other e-tendering platforms.
- Strong documentation and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and Word.
- Good communication and time management skills.
- Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple tenders simultaneously.
- Bachelor s degree in any discipline.
- Additional certification or experience in tendering/procurement will be an added advantage.
