Role Description
The Operations Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Chennai, responsible for overseeing day-to-day logistics and operational activities. This position manages scheduling and routing of shipments, monitors delivery performance, and ensures adherence to safety and quality standards. The Operations Manager coordinates with warehouse staff, drivers, customer service, and external partners to maintain smooth workflows and resolve operational issues promptly.



The role includes tracking key performance metrics, optimizing processes for cost and efficiency, and implementing continuous improvement initiatives. The Operations Manager also supports compliance with company policies, prepares regular reports for leadership, and contributes to strategic planning for operational growth.

Qualifications
- Robust operations management skills, including workflow planning, resource allocation, and process optimization.
- Experience in logistics or supply chain management, preferably in road transport, e-commerce delivery, or related fields.
