Position Overview

We are looking for a dynamic, creative, and result-oriented Manager – Business Development & Marketing to drive business growth, institutional partnerships, brand visibility, lead generation, and integrated offline and online marketing initiatives.

The candidate should have strong business acumen, excellent communication and networking skills, creativity, and hands-on knowledge of social media management, digital marketing, content publishing, and analytics. The role requires close coordination with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), designers, content creators, video editors, internal teams, vendors, and external agencies.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Partnerships

● Identify and develop new business opportunities, strategic partnerships, institutional collaborations, and revenue-generating initiatives.

● Build and maintain relationships with hospitals,



educational institutions, universities, corporates, NGOs, healthcare professionals, skilled associations, and other relevant stakeholders.

● Explore opportunities for MoUs, joint programs, workshops, training programs, institutional tie-ups, and collaborative projects.

● Generate leads for educational programs, healthcare initiatives, workshops, events, services, and other organizational offerings.

● Conduct market and competitor research to identify target audiences, emerging trends, and potential growth opportunities.

● Prepare proposals, presentations, business pitches, concept notes, and partnership plans.

● Conduct institutional visits, meetings, presentations, negotiations, and follow-ups with prospective partners and clients.

● Represent the organization at conferences, exhibitions, seminars, networking events, and professional forums.

● Plan and execute offline marketing
