Salary: ₹20,000 In-Hand + PF + ESIC + DA ₹275/day

Job Summary

We are looking for motivated Sales Representatives to promote and sell Beauty, Cosmetic and OTC products in the assigned territory. The role involves regular market visits, retailer and distributor management, product promotion, recent market development and achievement of sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct regular market visits and visit assigned retail outlets.
- Promote and sell company Beauty, Cosmetic and OTC products.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with retailers and distributors.
- Achieve assigned monthly and territory-wise sales targets.
- Identify and develop new market and business opportunities.
- Ensure product availability and visibility at retail outlets.
- Collect and share market intelligence and competitor feedback.
- Maintain regular communication with retailers,



distributors and the sales team.
- Submit required sales and market visit reports.

Requirements
- FMCG sales experience is preferred.
- Good communication, negotiation and sales skills.
- Knowledge of the local market and retail network is preferred.
- Comfortable with field sales, regular market visits and travel.
- Target-oriented and proactive approach.
- Candidates should be from the respective district or nearby local area.
