- Define to-be” reconciliation process flows at transaction level for a product domain (Cards, Wealth/Stocks, Insurance, etc.).
• Partner with Ops SMEs to capture transaction matching rules, exception classification, and allocation logic.
• Translate business requirements into epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria in JIRA.
• Collaborate with data teams to validate source-to-target mappings, data lineage, and data quality checks.
• Conduct regional workshops to harmonize requirements and standardize reconciliation logic.
• Support process design, functional testing, UAT, and cutover readiness.
• Maintain knowledge repositories and documentation to reduce SME dependency and mitigate talent churn risks.
Mandatory Skills
• 15+ years IT Business Analysis experience, with 7+ years in financial services (reconciliations, settlements, accounting, or financial controls).
• Proven expertise in documenting transaction flows, data mappings, and reconciliation logic.
• Hands-on Agile practitioner with extensive JIRA/Confluence experience.




• Strong experience with reconciliation platforms (e.g., TLM, Avaloq, DuCO, Frontier, etc.).
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and workshop facilitation skills across global teams.
• Solid experience in creating business process maps, swimlane diagrams, and workflow documentation.
• Ability to design data flow diagrams and interface mappings (source systems reconciliation platforms reporting tools).
• Proficiency in requirement elicitation techniques (workshops, interviews, document analysis, JAD sessions).
• Skilled in preparing BRDs, FSDs, and data dictionaries.
• Strong capability in defining acceptance criteria, test cases, and traceability matrices to ensure full coverage.
Good-to-Have Skills
• Experience with Card/Wealth/ Insurance reconciliation processes.
