Job Summary

Build and manage the manpower function for the Civil & Interior— deploying masons, carpenters, painters and other skilled and unskilled labour across facility management and turnkey sites.
Key Responsibilities
- Forecast manpower demand against the civil/interior project pipeline and plan deployment accordingly.
- Recruit, onboard and maintain a reliable base of skilled and unskilled labour and labour contractors.




- Liaise daily with site supervisors to resolve manpower shortages or reallocate labour across sites.
- Maintain a manpower roster tagged by skill, site and availability.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree; knowledge of construction or interior manpower management, labour contracting.
- Strong on-ground coordination and people-management skills.
- 0–1 year of experience; fresh graduates welcome.
- Working knowledge of MS Excel.
- Valuable communication skills for vendor follow-up.
