- anage day-to-day operation and maintenance of the solar power plant.
- Ensure maximum plant availability, generation, and performance.
- Supervise preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance.
- Monitor SCADA, inverters, HT/LT systems, transformers, and electrical equipment.
- Manage O&M; contractors, manpower, spares, tools, and consumables.
- Troubleshoot plant faults and coordinate with OEMs for technical issues.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and statutory requirements.
- Maintain O&M; records, reports, and performance analysis.
- Plan and execute shutdowns, inspections, testing, and major maintenance activities.
- Drive timely corrective actions to minimize downtime.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
