Key Responsibilities
- Source and screen OPT/CPT candidates through various recruitment portals and social media platforms.
- Communicate with candidates regarding job opportunities and requirements.
- Maintain and update candidate databases.
- Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates.
- Work closely with the recruitment team to achieve hiring targets.
- Maintain daily recruitment reports and records.
- Meet individual and team recruitment targets
- Requirements
- 1–4 years of experience in OPT/CPT recruitment or US staffing.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of US recruitment processes is preferred.
- Ability to work in the US night shift.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated attitude.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
