Job Summary

We are looking for a dedicated and responsible Resident Medical Officer (RMO) to provide medical care and support to patients, monitor their condition, coordinate with consultants, and ensure smooth clinical operations.

Key Responsibilities
- Attend to patients and assess their medical condition.
- Conduct regular patient rounds and monitor vital signs.
- Provide appropriate treatment as per consultant instructions and hospital protocols.
- Coordinate with consultants, nursing staff, and other departments.
- Handle emergency situations and provide immediate medical assistance.
- Maintain accurate patient medical records and clinical documentation.
- Ensure timely implementation of doctors' orders.
- Monitor investigations and follow up on reports.
- Communicate effectively with patients and their relatives.
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies, NABH standards, and clinical protocols.
- Prepare and maintain proper handover during shift changes.
- Perform any other clinical responsibilities assigned by the hospital management.

Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
